YOU SEW ROCK ME FRIDAYS #7

It’s Friday so that means another edition of “You Sew Rock Me Fridays” with 10 awesome projects that I happened to come across this week while surfing the World Wide Craft Web.

Project #1

Allison from Reduce, Reuse, Redecorate did this Jumbo Bottle Cap Letter. I love bottle cap art! This would look awesome in my kitchen.

Project #2

Carrie from This Mama Makes Stuff made this Fab Travel Chair.

I actually ran across this project to begin with when Jill from Homemade by Jillmade one from Carrie’s tutorial. Jill’s is super cute too! This is a picture of Jill’s chair sans baby:

I know several people who would freak out if I made this for them so I’m thinking it should go on the Christmas “To Make” list!

Project #3

Brooke from Cheeky Kitchen made Homemade Lip Gloss! Um, it never occurred to me that you could make lip gloss, but now I totally want to just because I can. If your little one is looking for gifts for her friends, this might be something super fun to do together!

Project #4

Ashley from Make it Love it made this super ingenious Holder for Charging your Cell Phone.

Project #5

Delia from Delia Creates made some Easy Knit Produce Bags. What a great green gift for someone this holiday season!

Project #6

Kara from June & Bear made this Avett Brothers Sign. I know lots of people make signs but I love this one!

Project #7

Jaime from Polka Dots on Parade made this darling Garland of Giving. I’m sure you could definitely make one of these non-Christmas themed and it would come out equally as cute!

Project #8

Lindsay from Artsy Fartsy Mama made this Personalized Night Light. Adorable and super easy!

Project #9

Michele from The Scrap Shoppe made this Simple Braided Scarf. I love the simplicity and the look of this project! Yay for different textures!

Project #10

Jenny from Show Me Cute did this Terra Cotta Jewelry Tower/Cake Stand. I once saw something like this on Pinterest but it was in no way as awesome as this! With the antiqued paint job I swear you can’t even tell it is terra cotta!

Well, there you go…I hope you will agree these projects are as awesome as I think they are! Now go out and make something…it’s only a couple more weeks until Christmas…you’re running out of time! :)

Ooh, I like the idea of making lip gloss from coconut oil! I love using coconut oil all the time as a moisturizer.
