MONDAY, MARCH 26TH
I stopped at the Clear Creek Park on the way home and photographed some wildflowers (of course…I have to get as many in before they go away!). This exotic-looking beauty was my favorite!
This is the Prairie Nymph (Herbertia lahue), a relative of the iris. Of all the wildflowers I’ve seen around here, it is definitely one of the most tropical ones!
Until later, happy picture taking!
